Order submitted in January, a gift for my great granddaughter. This was over two months ago. I requested information on this order several times. Shocker, I actually talked to a person last week. I was told my order is “Still in production.” Two months to produce advertised items. I don’t think so. I want to order three pieces now, but I will not. If/when this order is clear, I’m done with Redline Steel. It makes me sad.
