Customer service is good and you get fast response. Prices are fair considering their items are of good quality. Plus they always have sales, which I take advantage of. Delivery is usually fast, sometimes might take a little longer, but for most it's fast. I Never had to return anything, because I love every piece I have purchased. Always happy and satisfied with each item. I truly recommend Redline.
