We went to Barcelona for a hen weekend and booked a salsa class for £269. We went to the venue listed on the booking sheet and it was the wrong place, despite being early and Red7 representatives taking us to the correct place, there was no salsa teacher. We waited for one hour, still no show and no answering phone calls.
Promised a refund on the night, and then 2 weeks ago it was supposedly issued and would be with us in 14 days - no refund, we rang up earlier and it's not even being processed.
Terrible customer service. Still waiting on a refund!!
