“Redseven provided a brilliant package for our hen do in Marbella! We booked apartments which were lovely (skol apartments), a private boat trip for 2 hours that was so good that we enquired about booking another for the day after, and VIP treatment at Bijoux bar in Puerto Banus which was amazing! We were so apprehensive, and there was a slight overcharge with payments when a couple of people dropped out, but it was sorted very quickly. Would highly recommend! Thanks redseven! X”
“We went to Barcelona for a hen weekend and booked a salsa class for £269. We went to the venue listed on the booking sheet and it was the wrong place, despite being early and Red7 representatives taking us to the correct place, there was no salsa teacher. We waited for one hour, still no show and no answering phone calls.
Promised a refund on the night, and then 2 weeks ago it was supposedly issued and would be with us in 14 days - no refund, we rang up earlier and it's not even being processed.
Terrible customer service. Still waiting on a refund!!”
