Had decent service from the Sheffield branch for my rental property for a few years. The last two years or so they changed to a different system for reporting issues etc. It was absolutely terrible and forced me to move to a different agent.
I also had a bad experience leaving the company. Highly unprofessional and the manager, Lisa, made things as difficult and time consuming as possible. I would avoid this agent - the veneer of professionalism to mask what you actually get.
