Reeds Rains are best avoided. They did not return my deposit when I left the property despite the landlord repeatedly instructing them to. They have a thin veneer of respectability but are unprofessional in their handling of tennancy issues. Also, I believe they hiked up all the maintenance costs to claim more money from the landlord. bad for tennants and lanlords alike.
