Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, for myself and the tenant for whom I acted as guarantor. From the first enquiry to post-let, Reeds Rains staff have failed to deal with emails, phone calls and issues. The property wasn't inspected before it was let and now there is a plethora of serious problems, including some Health and Safety issues. The Branch Manager refuses to discuss the situation with me so I have been forced to pursue a formal complaint. AVOID AVOID AVOID
