The worst rental experience I've had was with Reeds Rains. Totally unprofessional – whenever we had a problem with the house, they didn't respond in time or send anyone to fix it. We had to wait days or even pay for it ourselves. And after we moved out, it's been three months and they still haven't returned our deposit. They make up all sorts of excuses with no real basis. I DO NOT recommend this agency to anyone!"
