Mum duly went to appointment and had the cut and blow dry. To say I was speechless to be charged 48.50 is an understatement. When i queried the cost It appears they gave us one of most expensive stylists ( no choice given when appt made!) Even more disappointing is I was not made aware that they offer discounted rates for senior citizens on certain days which would have nearly halved the cost... received a half hearted apology that "whoever" had answered the phone had not made me aware of this as they should have done!! Feel ripped off
