I returned an item as instructed, with a proof of posting and returs note.. I have not received an acknowledgement or refund after 15 days.
I contacted them through their live chat and explained the situation 3 times and received automated answers saying my explanation was not clear. I also forwarded a copy of the proof of posting. I now have no alternative than to recall my Credit card payment
I will not deal with them again in the future
