So disappointed with the Regency LRI6E.
There is no flame to speak of, just glowing embers, and installers have told us it is the design of the fireplace and to live with it.
They tried replacing a couple of parts with no success.
Told Regency a few months the problem was not resolved but never heard back.
We just bought another brand (Continental) for our sunroom and love it. Would never buy another Regency!!! Photo is fireplace on HIGH!!!!
