Fireplace was very esay to install and to change the voltage from 120 to 240 volts. I have it installed in my 3 season room and it allows me to extend the isage of that room into early December here in Maine. It gives off a very realistic image of a fire burning with the glowing embers. Highly recommend if you can use that size,
