After taking almost a year to get it installed we could not be more UNHAPPY with the fireplace.
It can take an hour or more to get it to stay on. Half the time there is a BOOM that rattles the house!
What happened to the flip a switch to turn on a fireplace? Has several options and no real clear instructions on how to use.
