I am happy with my Ci2700. Warmed by the fire as I write this and reflect on how my family loves having a fire to gather round in the winter. It also keeps the main floor of our house much warmer, reducing the furnace cycles on cold days and eliminating them altogether on moderate winter days. The wide firebox and door make it easy to load. I like the ability to bypass the catalytic for starting and loading. Two little but nice to have improvements. The blower needs more than two speeds; A continuous adjustment would be great. The blower could be quieter. Two defects: There should be a collar bead or bushing between the slide and the front cover for the bypass handle. There should be feet on the front leveling bolts to keep them from sinking into the soft fire bricks in the bottom of the fireplace. It would be great if you had an engineer contact me through the dealer where I purchased the fireplace. Or they could just email me and arrange a phone call. Thank you.
