Scammers! They charge for services which they don’t provide in business class
The passenger acknowledges that any provision of advertised above-standard services, especially hot and cold drinks, snacks, steward assistance, Wi-fi internet connection, screen, newsletters, magazines etc. are above-standard services.
If these services are not provided during the journey, passengers are not entitled to compensation. Notice of the provision of the advertised services is given in the Contractual Conditions of Carriage, to which the client agrees when purchasing the ticket.
