I booked a train to Prague with one transfer. I came to the station 30 mins before the departure time. Around 15 mins before the departure time, the train came. I show the crew my ticket and mentioned I was going to Prague with one transfer. The crew rejected me to get on the train. He said the train wasn't for me. I went back to the lobby and asked the staff about the train info. She said THAT WAS MY TRAIN. And when I was back to the platform, the train was gone! About 4 mins before the departure time shown on the ticket! I end up waiting at the station for three hours, buying another ticket to Prague. The attitude of customer service is also horrible. They only care about the sales. Don't even have the responsibility to show they care about their customers as a service provider. Their crew were lack of training and the customer service is horrible. Regiojet公司的服務差透了!訂了票,要轉一程火車到布拉格。車到了就給服務員看票,告訴他中間站轉車到布拉格,看了我的票後他說車不對!我回到大堂問職員,職員卻說是那輛車,但回到站台已經開走了!!那職員根本沒看清我的票,看到目的地不對後就不讓我上車,明明就是對的車,中間轉車而已。還要票的開車時間跟實際時間不同,比票上時間早開走。結果買了別的班次,等了三個多小時才坐上車,浪費了錢跟時間!不要用這家公司的服務!聯絡了客服還在為自家公司找藉口,差透了。

Avoid RegioJet at all costs! If you value your time, money, or sanity, steer clear and opt for Czech Railways, Flixbus, or Leo Express instead. RegioJet's customer service is the absolute worst. They don’t honor their agreements, and their incompetence is beyond belief. My train was delayed over 8 hours due to floods, and to make things worse, they lied right to our faces! The stewards and the onboard announcement both confirmed there were technical issues in addition to the flood, and told us to go to any RegioJet cash desk for a full refund. I asked them multiple times, and they assured me it would be refunded in full. But when I finally got to their kiosk in Prague, they flat-out refused to refund my ticket! Suddenly, the delay was only because of the flood, and technical issues were no longer part of the story. I tried to explain what the staff on the train had said, but they were rude, dismissive, and had the audacity to laugh in my face! Completely unprofessional and outright disrespectful. They told me to leave and didn’t care one bit when I said I’d escalate it. Their so-called "customer support" later sent a generic apology, which made it crystal clear—they don’t give a damn about their passengers or taking responsibility for the mess they caused. To top it all off, Czech Railways handled the same issue like true professionals and compensated all of their passengers. RegioJet, on the other hand, couldn't care less and offered zero support or compensation. Absolutely disgraceful! If you want to avoid a nightmare, do yourself a favor and choose any other company. RegioJet is an absolute joke, and I will never, ever travel with them again.

I recently had a terrible experience with RegioJet and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. Due to floods, the train service was disrupted, and we were promised a bus transfer to our destination. However, the information provided on board was completely different from what their customer support later claimed. Worse yet, their customer service was unavailable when we needed it most, leaving passengers stranded in the middle of nowhere with no clear instructions. While their support team later sent a message with a generic apology, it was clear they didn’t care about their customers or taking responsibility for their mistakes. It’s shocking how a company can treat its passengers with such disregard. In contrast, Czech Railways (CD), which also experienced the same issue, handled the situation professionally and compensated all passengers. RegioJet, on the other hand, failed miserably to provide any real support or compensation. If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind, I strongly advise choosing another company for your travel needs. RegioJet does not deserve your business.

Business class in train Brno-Praha. Quite OK except: several times upleasant smell from AC vents and the welcome drink Prosecco was warm (Brno is in South Moravia, a land of wine, serving it this way is viewed as a crime here).

Terrible experience. We Booked business class, but when we got on the train they told us the business class wagon was broken. We had to sit in an overcrowded wagon. Airconditioning did not work. Toilets were closed. Normally you get a free Coffee, but the machine was broken. At the border with czech republic the train stopped for one hoor. We were not informered about the reason and duration of the delay. The staff was rude and did not make any effort to give any compensation At leest free bottl of water would be welcome. But not even that. This company is horror. Stay away from

The Behaviour of drivers is absolutely unacceptable they’re very unprofessional always rude and also shouting from first point they see you no help with luggage and driver said to me I need to lift the luggage and put it inside the bus as it is heavy for him when I told him that they’re paid for this service he told me you don’t have to travel if you don’t like it and shouted at me I do not recommend travelling with this company

Už RegioJetom nebudem cestovať. Vlastne ani nedá cestovať. Keďže mňa z viedenskeho letiska ani nechcel zobrať. Lístok som si kupoval len u vodiča. Tým že ak by som mal lístok cez online, po meškaní letu by nemusel stihnúť bus. Takže oplatilo sa skôr osobné kúpiť. Mám ťzp-s preukaz, mal som na ňom aj napísané kam cestujem. Mám trochu hendikep s rečou. Aby to pán vodič mal ľahšie. Ukázal som mu a povedal kam cestujem. Pozrel sa na mňa, prstom ukázal na iný bus - Slovak lines, a povedal ,ten ťa zoberie. Nebolo nič zvláštne na tom, keby mňa tiež pokúšal posielať vodič zo Slovak lines späť k RegioJetu. Služby alebo čokoľvek iné nebudem písať. Len to že mňa sklamalo to že to bol slovenský vodič v RegioJete. Áno Slováci - slovákom nepomôžu niekedy. Človek sa nemôže ani domov na Slovensko dostať. Ja taxíkom nepôjdem. Chcel som kúpiť lístok osobné. Ale zarobiť si vodič nechcel. Nuž, ako chcel. Keby to bol český vodič, tak by to bolo iné. Ale to ako slovenský vodiči si robia zo Slováka somára. Môžu sa hanbiť. Mohol to myslieť dobre, ale nepomohlo mi to nejako. Keďže vodič zo Slovak lines mňa chcel poslať späť k RegioJetu. To by som aj zo Viedne aj pešo zašiel na Slovensko. Takže s RegioJetom už nikdy viac. Keďže nemá vodič záujem zobrať cestujúceho ani domov na Slovensko. Online lístok na iný bus si kúpim. Ale to iba vtedy, keď prístanem vo Viedni. To bude lepšie. Bude mi jedno že meškám napríklad RegioJet. Ani ľutovať to nebudem. Kúpiť si lístok online dopredu podľa mňa nie je dobrý nápad,ak by náhodou let meškal. Ale na RegioJet som si nikdy nekúpil on-line ani nebudem. Po zážitku, kde mňa slovenský vodič sklamal.

Scammers! They charge for services which they don’t provide in business class The passenger acknowledges that any provision of advertised above-standard services, especially hot and cold drinks, snacks, steward assistance, Wi-fi internet connection, screen, newsletters, magazines etc. are above-standard services. If these services are not provided during the journey, passengers are not entitled to compensation. Notice of the provision of the advertised services is given in the Contractual Conditions of Carriage, to which the client agrees when purchasing the ticket.

Worst train experience ever!!! We traveled from Prague to Krakow (at least we were supposed to). No one asked us for tickets until we asked ourselves!!! The heating in the compartment didn't work. We asked the conductor if it would work. She said that no!!! There was -2 outside, and it felt -2 inside too. We slept in our clothes and wrapped in everything we had. It was very cold!!! Finally, we woke up in Rzeszów (2 hours out of Krakow). No one woke us up in Krakow! We asked the conductor how it could happen, and she just giggled. Just avoid this company as a plague!

Worst train service in the world This company is a joke. I used them a lot and I grown to hate them with passion. I hope this company goes bankrupt soon. Trains are always late, sometimes by 2-3 hours, in the summer there is no A/C, and now they started emailing a couple of hours before my journey that my wagon is not gonna be running, so I should cancel my ticket.

Поїздка 13 листопада 2023 року Потяг Прага - Перемишль (RJ 1023). Вагон 9 немає опалення, так само холодно, як і на вулиці Місця не відповідають купленим квиткам Таких поганих умов та антисервісу ще ніде не бачили! На жаль, RegioJet не поважає своїх клієнтів!

Chauffeur trés impoli arrogant et inhumain. Il ne parle ni Anglais ni Français. Mieux encore, les arrêts du bus ne sont pas affiches sur l écran comme c est le cas pour les autres bus. J ai fait le voyage le dimanche 10 Aout de Bruxelles vers le Luxembourg. A un certain moment le chauffeur s arrête dans un endroit presque désert et dit: "we ara going to Luxembourg please take your seats" . Je suis donc restée a ma place croyant qu il va s arrêter prochainement au Luxembourg (par ce que là ou il s est arrêté il y avait au loin 2 bus en stationnement et 3 hommes en bas. Plus tard voyant qu il était encore sur l auto route je lui demande si on n'est pas encore au Luxembourg; Il s arrete net et me fait descendre de force ( il a été chercher ma valise et l a jetée loin derrière le bus). Je suis étrangere au pays seule, 64ans et il était 22H .Il faisait noir il n y avait personne et j ai paniqué. je ne savais même pas où j étais. Je lui ai proposé de payer le trajet, lui ai demandé de me déposer dans une station......RIEN .................Plus tard j ai fait une réclamation auprés de regiojet mais pour eux et d apres le GPS le bus s est arrête (pas de problème s il ne s arrête pas à la station) ils disent aussi qu ils n ont pas a vérifier le comportement du chauffeur ?!? Je ne pensais pas que la vie des clients importe si peu. Merci. Je déconseille vivement regiojet. A bon entendeur

We had the worst bus trip ever with your bus from Budapest to Prague! (Ticket no.: 9850820410) Your personal is disrespectful, they give no information about the trip And now we wanted to buy water on the bratislava stop, they immediately closed the door and they didn't want to open the door until we had to RUN BEHIND THE BUS!!!! You're the worst bus company ever and I will make sure everyone will hear about our terrible experience!!

Great price but seats were cancelled 48 hours before departure. The only option they gave was a refund. Left us proper stuck in vienna. Disgraceful company.

I wouldnt even recommend this to my enemies. Nobody should pay for this. First route: London to Prague 2 break in 20 hours. Rude drivers who dont speak in English They said we dont take break because we are in late I dont really understand why is this our fault but its seemed like the only solution was punishing us with riding for 8-10 hours without any break. No toilet on the bus (well it didnt worked) Garbage wifi 1 usb port with zero charging capability No way to buy drinks or anything 2nd ride:Prague to Budapest If its possible its even worse. I asked the driver (who are rude and dont speak english AGAIN) about a break (at this moment we were riding 4 hours ago) and he said no break its not tourist bus (so what is this excatly?) Than he said we will have 5 minutes in Bratislava So in Bratislava I asked him and now he was aggresive He shouted to me : NO BREAK ITS NOT TOURIST So what the hell is this excatly? Bus to the jail? Because thats how we be treatened. He was shouting with me like with a goddam dog front of every other passanger. Im working as a concierge in London 10+years ago and let me tell you 2 things: 1: Never ever speak with a customer/passenger like this 2: I will do my best to make sure nobody will recommend this company in hotel industry anymore. Never ever. This is literally disgusting. The whole service what you represent is pure garbage. My ticket number is: 9291297583 I want my 100% refund

Very unreliable. It usually arrives very late and you cannot cancel reservation after the scheduled arrival even if you have to wait for another hour or more due to a delay.

Basically one of the worst experiences on a train, No air condition was turned on and when I complained to the team leader on the train he turned it on for 5 min and then turned it off on a 5 hour train ride with more 35 degrees Celsius outside. They can afford to pay huge bonuses to CEO's but are not able to fix a air-conditioning ..... Seriously This represents a health hazard but apparently they are no concerned of peoples health, but this leaves them open to different law suits. Whoever experienced this problems please write me and maybe we can gather more people for a case action lawsuit. Expect more for your money and from the company, if they can't adhere then they should make room for companies that can

Do not book a bus from Regiojet out of Budapest. If you show up at bus station, there is no sign whatsoever about where their bus stops and loads passengers. There were a three other sets of tourists who missed bus. Once we realized that we were at wrong place, too late. No one spoke English to help. No refund because we missed bus. Most stressful part of our vacation! So frustrating

Terrible Customer Service 0/5 After dealing with a situation that has taken almost 2 weeks, I’ve called several times and even emailed the company. Unfortunately, I decided to purchase my bus ticket through the RegioJet website. After receiving an email confirmation to the correct email address from their payment partner, I patiently waited for a ticket that never came. This confusion not only caused me to miss my bus, but I ended up having to pay for a second ticket for my trip, after waiting at the bus station for several extra hours. At no point was anybody sympathetic to my situation. Each time I called I was informed to “wait” and that my refund will be processed immediately. Finally, I emailed the company and got a very nice “The fact that the passenger enters the wrong e-mail and it is not delivered to the e-mail he wanted is not our fault. From our the ticket was sent to the e-mail address you entered.” To reiterate, I clearly entered the CORRECT email, since I received a confirmation payment from PayU (their partner). Honestly, don’t waste your time or your money on this terrible company. Pay the extra few dollars, because if anything goes wrong (literally anything), they will not help you out in any way, shape, or form.
