Unhelpful and rude people. Waiting for the bus at that station for over an hour to be told if had already drove in and out, there are no instructions for which bus stop so we were running between buses in the pouring rain to asking if it was going back to prague, we were then told the bj us had gone buy a new ticket!!. When ringing customer service they told us the bus was a plain white bus! Like that helps no number bus was give at all so how were we supposed to no which one it was. I complained and was told basically it is tough so we had to buy another ticket. Never again !!!!
