When you book your ticket from RegioJet, you will receive some random information as where your bus will be located, which seat number do you have etc. Do not rely on them. Because after all, the company DOES NOT CARE about this information. For example in your ticket it may say your bus will be at peron number four. You can wait at peron number four, and then voila! The driver of your bus may, for his own pleasure, park the bus to peron ten or twelve. If you miss the bus because of this, that's your problem! And you never get your money back. This is RegioJet.
