Update: Totally incompetent. Phoned Tuesday 14th December, found out that they hadn’t ordered the replacement plate. They assured me they will get the new plate sent out guaranteed next day delivery and refund me for the price of the plates, which they did. I confirmed that the number plate was 21in x 6in. It arrived guaranteed delivery at 10.50 am today Wednesday 15th December and the WRONG SIZE yet again. So 14 days on and still no satisfactory outcome. I will never use RegTransfers again. Fortunately the plates from other Company have arrived.
