We negotiated and agreed on a price, creating a binding legal contract. We waited to pay the agreed price.
Then we were told the seller wouldn't sell for sentimental reasons.
The plate stayed on sale.
As of today (16 September 2023) the plate remains on sale, even though we already reached an agreement to buy it, but it is now listed at a higher price.
