I signed up for a small office to start my new business, just before my start date the second wave kicked in, I contacted Regus explaining that due to the new restrictions in place also the Government saying this may go on for a further six months it would be impossible to start my business and could I cancel the contract due to the situation being out of my control. There response was NO you signed the contract and are now legally bound until the end 24 months. I have contacted them on several occasions stating I have no clients due to the local lock downs in place, I have offered to pay admin and 3 months rent to cover there costs. To date they are still sending invoices and not responding to any emails I have sent. If anyone has any advise it would be very much appreciated, I am presently studying nursing and was only intending to do this part time.
