Admin team impossible to reach, common spaces are too scarce and small compared to the number of people working there, it often makes it very complicated to have a call or a quick meeting outside the office. Their salespeople will lie to you without an hesitation (for example, promising direct sunlight in the office).
My team would rather work in a cafe, at least it would be cheaper and the management team would be helpful.
