My rating relates to the help that I received from our on-site Regus representative Richard.
My recent move from one office to another within the same facility created an invoicing and accounting quagmire. Had it not been for Richard's help, I don't know how it would have been resolved.
Richard understood my concerns about various charges and notices. He initiated action to see that I was appropriately credited for thousands of dollars in payments.
