My experience with the local management of my Regus locations is fantastic. They are responsive, helpful, etc. However, corporate is a mess. I have been communicating about billing discrepancies for a long time now 9the same discrepancy) and the only answer I have received from corporate is that I can cancel my lease. Well... I have followed their advice and done so.
