I had issues with my billing at Regus and despite challenges in getting it adjusted, I must make a special commendation to the assistance received by Grace (who is an excellent office manager) and Georgina (her manager). Once it was brought to their attention they ensured it was dealt with immediately. Their quick response, understanding and assistance left me no choice but to give Regus a 5-star rating. Grace goes above and beyond for her tenants.
