They lie, misrepresent, overcharge, threaten and are totally unethical. On another review site they have about 93% bad reviews over the last 12 months just in the UK and that is over 460 reviews in 12 months. They have also had highly unfavourable articles in the Times and Guardian.
They have put one part of the US business in to chapter 11 And one hopes the same will happen here to so the ex customers that they harass are free of this terrible company. DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS.
