I presented Airha with a big challenge this morning - I asked for a major Housekeeping cleanup of BOTH my Desktop and my Laptop. She was most professional, very clear in her explanations of what she needed from me (which wasnt much) and while the task was large, she was up for the job. Both my Desktop and Laptop are running smoothly, more optimised and less junk hanging around to slow things down. I appreciate Airha's ability to work with me both on the phone and via the CHAT session from the website. All issues have been resolved.
