So glad to have technicians available on site after delays caused by the COVID virus. As always, the Reimage program did a great job of repairing bad or broken items. I used it twice when technicians weren't available. But for fixing settings, the technicians are lifesavers. What I originally considered a costly investment has proved to be both a bargain and a lifesaver.
