my computer would do good to start up in5 or 6 minutes and then to open an app took another 2 or 3 minutes and i couldn work on anything it was freezing up and useless before I got reimage, and had them clean it up, and WOW they did a great job, I was ready to throw it away, but now I can actually use it to surf the web, pay bills, and shop online, just in time for Black Friday, I dont have to leave the house. THANKS REIMAGE.
