There were several layers of issues that had accumulated over a period of time and it took some peeling away of the nuisance issues to get to the core issues. Initially it was estimated that the repair would take 1-2 hours. The first part of the repair was about an hour and I thought it would be smooth sailing...BUT the 2nd part took 7 whole hours. 7 hours!!! But the bright spot is there was just constant work and a total commitment to cleaning up my computer, working through issue by issue and staying with it until it was resolved. Cindy was always professional as well as courteous in each and every encounter. And when I say 7 hours I mean starting just before 6 p.m. and not finishing until after 1:30 a.m. That's a long day for both of us. I think be difficult to outperform her!
