Service was friendly and the techies were very knowledgeable and did a very good job of educating me. They used the live chat and phone very well as if we were in a classroom and kept me apprised of what they found as problems. they also offered me a suggestion to avoid future problem by getting annual checkups on the computer. they also left me contact information.the problem was resolved in 3 hours as it required major scrutiny.
