Even though we had issues initially with the virus sweep, I have to say Reimage's after purchase customer service was great! Thankfully, they were able to get my computer up and running again from reinstalling Windows, restoring my files and reinstalling my original Microsoft Office Suite. Thank you Support Team for all of your time, efforts and expertise! Kudos to Kim, Mark A, Alberto T and Cindy P.
