They persisted until they got problems resolved. The only problem with Reimage is the contact. What phone number do I call to get help? I have tried several and gotten no answer or I left a message that wasn't answered. Once I contact a tech, it is a much better experience. Your techs are knowledgeable and friendly and their instructions are clear. mjw
