I called for help for my computer. I am deaf with CI's. Very hard to hear on phone. Roman was so very patient with me and stayed with me until I understood what he said. He helped me to make the best choice for my neglected computer!So, thankful! Then he connected me to a technician, Red, who worked hard and fast to clean up my computer. I had 22,369 errors! These guys are amazing!! Plus a year of 24/7 help!!!
