I have used reimage to sort out various problems over 4 years now. Today the technician found further problems which went back over 8 months,.( It was explained to me that this was not to do with the area that is usually maintained) I agreed to a new contract and was given a 'senior' price. Cleansing the computer of this problem took several hours and now speed has increased and I will have a new anti virus installed.
