It’s over 3 hours ago since I renewed my subscription. I requested before for the Licence Key. I was informed I’d receive an email in 15 minutes. I phoned and told they needed temporary access to my computer. I don’t want that. I’ve used the product before and could install myself. I did not think there was a big deal to it.
ALL I NEEDED WAS MY LICENCE KEY.
