When I called to renew my service plan, the representative was polite, well informed, responsive and gave me options of upgrade plans. I selected on after her help. Then she went through some authorizations and explained each step she was taking to do so. She then was able to have the system engineer get on remotely to work on all of my issues. About an hour, all was upgraded, secure and speedy response. Thank you Reimage.
