today my computer was a complete mess..... I had lost all my files and pictures and tried to retrieve them from Carbonite and it took several hours but I still could not see any of my files or photos.... several applications were missing and the only thing that was working was the internet connection. So I got out my wife's computer which hadn't been used for a couple years. It seemed to be very slow and after working on Word Perfect documents it started to have problems... that's when I tried the tried the restore program.... Well, when they scanned the system it was filled with errors.... Now both computers are working fine and all my files have been restored and also all my photos....
