I think their service was wonderful. Everything that was wrong with my computer was shown to me and explained very clearly. I have used other services before that were so much more expensive and the price comparison I was shown was helpful and very true from my experience. I trust reimage and McAfee to be professional and honest. My computer is now in much better shape than before. I am comforted by the fact that I can call whenever a problem arises and can also have them check out how my computer is doing once a month.
