As a 'more mature' user of a computer I am hopeless when it comes to anything technical. My initial contact was with a very helpful lady (Anna) who patiently went through everything on my computer and advised a more thorough check and clean up. The technician (Arjay) was very thorough and efficient (and also patient!). I am very pleased with the service I received from Reimage and have complete confidence that any future problems I have will be dealt with swiftly and professionally.
