I had a sudden malware virus on my laptop. Upon making a phone-call to Reimage, I was immediately speaking to a technician (Karla) who talked me through the process of handing over control of my computer to her. She then undertook the necessary diagnostics & within an hour, my laptop was back functioning perfectly. First-rate service.
