I had so many issues with my computer that it took the technician some time to work through them. He was very thorough about his work and patient with me when I was slow to respond to him (I am a senior and do not always understand right away). The computer is now moving lightning speed and Excel and Word, programs I use most often, are working properly. Thank you many times over. Hedy
