About a month ago Reimage fixed a print spooler issue with the rather extreme in place upgrade of Windows 10. This was necessary because from what I could find Microsoft provided no simpler repair of my corrupt print spooler. After the upgrade which fixed the problem, whenever my computer rebooted Windows Explorer would open to the drivers folder in windows/system32. It took three hours to fix the problem. The tech turned off a bunch of stuff that were set to autorun. While I think this took too long they did solve the issue so I would give them a 4 out of 5.
