The reps have been very patient and knowledgeable, which I APPRECIATED. Rep Marlon had to spend hours with me to correct my problems and was always cheerful. I was relieved when I needed service that I had Reimage on retainer....24/7.... I did have a lot of time on chat before I was allowed to get to telephone, I could have saved some time there.
