Mr. Maricar B. was the most helpful, knowledgeable, polite professional computer person I've ever known. But before all of that he was patient...! Something rare these days. He took the time to listen (ehh read) what I said. Not easy when dealing with an 86 year old guy like me. He did a fantastic job fixing my computer and solving my problem. Keep up the good work.
