Well I'm torn between giving you an excellent rating since the problem with my printer was ultimately corrected, however, the bad news was it took several hours spread over two days to solve it. Now, I'm no technical whiz, so it's very difficult for me to evaluate the time and intricacies involved in solving this problem.
That's about as honest an answer as I can give.
