I found Rex to be extraordinarily polite, patient and skilled in sorting the problems I was experiencing with my computer and printer. I found talking to him a delight bearing in mind my age of 86 years and current physical disabilities and understanding the current stress and worry I was under living alone such that my computer is my only companion and source of information and world events.
