is not the first time i purchase reimage, but the first time that mentioned to call to asses the computer, and then they found all this problems that had been hiding and somehow i did knew but didnt knew how to fix properly, so the gave me a service program, expensivve for what i can afford but its worth it, because i can protecct my personal info.
