Paulo, the technician, seemed to know what he was doing, and he was helpful in the chat box. However, we have only just finished the job and I can't say whether I am happy, especially in view of the high and unanticipated cost. On the other hand, I obtained this repair remotely, Paulo's work took several hours, and I was able to obtain his service without leaving the house (having to take my computer to a shop), and that was a plus.
