Somehow McAfee's total protection VPN usually causes my computer to run very slowly. When I reboot my computer, VPN is automatically set off. The problem is when VPN is set to OFF. I told Albert, my ReImage technician, that my computer was running fine (which it was). It funs fine with Microsoft Word and Excel. As I write this review, my computer is running very slowly again. So I don't know what to do. Keep resetting McAfee's VPN every time I log in? - or not use my computer? I rate your service as 4 Stars since it was running fine after my technician last fixed my computer.
